Sales Administrator - Engineering, Basingstoke
This role is for a Sales Administrator at a well-established machinery manufacturer based in Basingstoke. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an enthusiastic Aftersales Administrator to join their team.
Position Overview
* Providing administrative support to the aftersales team
* Processing customer enquiries and orders
* Tracking orders from sales processing through to dispatch
* Maintaining and updating records of sales progress and quotations
* Utilizing the company CRM system to manage and track customer data
Requirements
* Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is desirable
Remuneration
* Starting salary of £24,000 plus performance-related bonus
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service
* Medical cash plan
