Job Description:
As a Sales administrator assistant you will play a critical role in customer interactions. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be required to balance lead times and the customers’ expectations, this will be maintained through confident telephone and email interactions. You will be keen to solve customer problems, and interested in following up to understand how things are progressing.
Responsibilities:
7. Take orders via telephone and email
8. Book customer deliveries and handle queries
9. Agree on pricing and negotiate other terms
10. Match lead times our capacity to the customer’s request
11. Provide regulatory and financial documentation (product information, transportation, and duty)
12. Provide customer labels
13. Collaborate with logistics and production teams
Requirements:
14. Customer service experience
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
16. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
17. Strong organisational skills
18. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
19. Negotiation skill
Desirable Skills:
20. Working knowledge of the logistics industry
