Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Governance and Compliance Officer at Red Hot Irons Ltd. The Governance and Compliance Officer will be responsible for supporting charity governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing compliance processes, analyzing data, communicating with customers, and assisting with financial compliance tasks.
Qualifications
* A good foundation knowledge of corporate and charity governance and compliance desirable
* Strong, effective, and accurate communication skills for interacting with customers and team members essential
* Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
* The role encompasses minute taking for a number of clients
* Must be fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Powerpoint
* Experience in Xero, Canva, Monday.com desirable - training provided
* Finance knowledge for financial compliance tasks an advantage
* Previous experience in healthcare an advantage
* An ability to "muck in" and form strong bonds with fellow team members essential
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of the team
* An understanding of CRM databases also desirable
