What We’re Looking For:
Engagement: Ability to inspire and motivate learners, bringing creativity and innovation to the classroom.
Supportive Nature: Passion for providing emotional and academic support to young people.
Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience: Previous experience in a school setting, with secondary education experience being an advantage.
Knowledge: Familiarity with alternative provision and supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to address challenges effectively.
Communication: Professional communication skills to engage with students and colleagues.
