As a Customer Due Diligence Analyst, you will be the centre of customer analysis, carrying out a diverse range of tasks to review new and existing customers accounts, evaluate high risk accounts and analyse new customer process and policies. As well as managing AUK high risk relationships, you’ll support and manage the administration and reporting duties. Key Responsibilities: Screening : Identify high-risk individuals and entities KYC Analysis : Assess client risk and advise management. Match Detection : Ensure accurate detection and reporting of risks. Enhanced Due Diligence – Report preparation for any matches detected Client On-Boarding : Conduct risk assessments. Audits : Perform internal and external partner audits. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting : Manage MI and reporting. Work Management : Prioritize and manage team workload. Administration : Organize CDD mailboxes, SharePoint, and SLAs. Transaction Monitoring : Review AML reports and escalate suspicious activities. Process Maintenance : Keep team processes and procedures updated. Training : Provide training and SME support. Flexibility : Handle multiple work types and projects. Platform Proficiency : Work across various systems. Quality Control : Conduct quality checks. SME Support : Offer technical guidance in Enhanced Due Diligence. We’d love to hear from you if you: Are highly organised with the ability to manage both personal and team workloads, ensuring SLAs are consistently met. Have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable communicating complex and challenging information in a clear and simplified way. Have thorough knowledge of FCA and JMLSG guidelines, as well as AML and financial crime awareness. Can demonstrate experience in migrating manual processes to automated ones, while ensuring appropriate risk parameters are applied. Are skilled in developing and maintaining compliance policies and processes. Experience using FinScan Focus Qualifications: Any relevant examinations, i.e. Securities institute IAQ or the CII Certificate of Financial Planning, or ICA Financial Crime/AML examinations are desirable.
