From creating innovative concepts to managing budgets, logistics, and teams, you’ll ensure each event runs seamlessly and exceeds expectations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, manage health and safety requirements, and continually refine processes to enhance guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Event Planning and Delivery: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed, whilst collaborating with departments across the Estate such as marketing and sales. This will also include the logistical aspects of events such as equipment, rentals, set ups and breakdowns. Strategy Development : Develop and refine an event strategy that aligns with company objectives and market trends, enhances brand building and business growth, and engages target audiences through innovative concepts, informed by data analysis and attendee feedback. External contractors and partner management: Identify, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to secure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective services for events and pop-ups. Health and Safety: Identify risks and challenges for events and pop-ups, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with a H&S Advisor on risk assessments, site planning, mapping, and managing safety standards for events and F&B outlets. Team Management: Host briefings and strategy meetings with key stakeholders to ensure teams are aligned with operational best practices, productivity goals, and budget forecasts. Manage team workloads, staffing rotas, and labour costs to maintain efficiency within set budgets.
