They have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Training Project Delivery Co-Ordinator to join their growing team.
About the Role
They are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven professional to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership and sales training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of international training programmes, ensuring smooth coordination from booking to delivery.
* Schedule and coordinate training events, working closely with clients and trainers.
* Develop and maintain milestone plans for programme design and execution.
* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely design and production of training materials.
* Provide comprehensive briefings to trainers to ensure clarity on programme objectives.
* Act as the main point of contact for participants, clients, and stakeholders throughout the learning journey.
* Oversee the training feedback process and follow-up activities.
* Manage invoicing for training programmes within your portfolio.
* Monitor and respond to trainers' email accounts, ensuring effective communication.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with associate trainers and clients.
* Conduct quality control checks, including proofing training and marketing materials.
* Provide flexible support to the internal team as needed.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Flexible start and finish times are available, with the potential to condense hours into a 4-day working week. Due to the collaborative nature of the business and the importance of teamwork and culture, being present in the office is key but there is potential for home working 1 day per week.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Outstanding customer service skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with colleagues, clients, and external trainers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
* Adaptability to changing demands and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience in a project management or coordination role, handling multiple activities simultaneously.
* Experience in a customer-focused environment with changing deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to support a small team flexibly.
