The role of a Technician is to participate in the day to day activities of the Plumbing delivery team. They will be required to assist in the planning, preparation and use of learning materials whilst being able to supervise & advise learners with their work that relates to practical or theory elements.
They will also be able to monitor stock levels, order and receive materials as well as maintain inventories and ensure health & safety in our Plumbing workshop.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
• Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable)
• Skills and the knowledge base of Plumbing (essential)
• Knowledge of the Health & Safety requirements
• Level 2 in maths and English (essential)
Alternatively
If you have:
• Enthusiasm to develop yourself in Further Education
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience of working within the construction industry
