Innovation Insights Manager Leading UK brand Berkshire | c£50,000 Bonus The role: This newly created role requires a blue-sky thinker with the analytical skillset to identify trends and opportunities with market and consumer research that will future proof the NPD pipeline and help the business continue their strong category position. Working with multiple teams across the business such as Category, Marketing & Projects, you will work collaboratively and deliver the ‘stage 0’ part of the innovation process creating an efficient pathway for the NPD team to deliver customer needs. You: Food innovation experience with first class analytical and insight skills Ability to deliver insights and consumer trends and present innovation opportunities Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of food manufacturing Create and manage ideation programmes and develop leading concepts Must be able to influence and persuade across other business units Excellent teamwork, leadership and organisation skills Hybrid work and must be able to work in the Berkshire Head Office 2 days p/wk
