Senior Administrative Post

We are looking for a full-time Senior Administrator to work within the Early Intervention team for the East and South of Birmingham. A successful candidate will be providing administrative and secretarial support for the EI services within Forward Thinking Birmingham.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for those contacting the Service including patients, professionals, and members of the public. Working in a busy office environment, the post holder should be able to act independently, using his/her own initiative. Opportunity exists for the post holder to make recommendations for service improvement by working alongside admin staff and attending administration meetings.
This is a key role supporting the effective running of the FTB Service. All applicants must demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, work well with others and have a passion for providing a quality service with a track record of adding value to a workplace.

To provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Early Intervention Teams based at Selly Oak and Washwood Heath.
Taking direction from the Clinical Leads in the successful delivery of projects, work and initiatives to support their roles.
Provide comprehensive support on all administrative duties determined by the above leads, including but not exclusively; organising meetings and all administrative tasks associated with this, updating a range of spreadsheets, including patient trackers and creating meeting agendas.
To provide wider administrative support to the departments, in collaboration with other administrative staff.
