Clinical Governance Administrator
Salary: £24,570 rising to £25,220 after successful probation and £25,720 after one year
Access to an annual bonus
Office-based in Hastings, East Sussex, for 3 months for training
Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK's largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Clinical Governance Team.
As a Clinical Governance Administrator, you will be responsible for assuring quality throughout the business. You will be required to communicate effectively with Senior Management, Service Delivery Team and Information Security & Risk Teams as well as with our clients and reporters, doctors and radiographers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Data extraction and preparation of statistical reports.
2. Administration of internal and client audit processes.
3. Maintaining and updating databases.
4. Management of report discrepancies and queries using a bespoke software portal.
5. Preparation of documents for clinical meetings and recording of meeting minutes.
6. Assisting with the independent Sector/Designated Body appraisal and revalidation processes for our doctors.
7. Assisting Clinical Governance Manager and the Group Head of Clinical Quality & Governance.

Minimum Requirements:
1. The successful candidate will be required to be in the office five times a week and live within a commutable distance from our Head Office in Hastings, East Sussex.
2. Experience of working with Microsoft 365 office tools.
3. Confident in managing electronic information and databases.
4. Strong Clinical Admin background.
5. Excellent communication skills.
