In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) service. Partnering with IT Security, Architecture, Procurement and wider Operations team you will ensure our organisations IT services are prepared for any disruption. In your day-to-day role, as a IT Service Continuity Specialist you will: Analyse complex business information to support ITSCM strategy and recovery planning. Coordinate IT Recovery Teams in developing and maintaining effective recovery plans. Schedule, monitor, and report on IT recovery tests, ensuring actionable outcomes. Collaborate with Business Continuity and Operational Resilience teams to meet organisational objectives. Perform due diligence on third-party IT suppliers to assess continuity capabilities. Assist with internal and external audits related to ITSCM processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate IT continuity risks and incidents. Produce regular ITSCM reports for senior stakeholders. What will make you stand out? Extensive experience in IT Service and Business Continuity Planning, ideally within financial services. Solid background in IT recovery testing, planning, and reporting. Familiarity with IT resilience techniques for improving process design and operational effectiveness. Recent experience in enterprise IT environments using cloud technologies. Proficient in IT operations, cybersecurity, and supplier risk management. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office 365.
