We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales professional to support the Cluster Director of Commercial Strategy to lead our sales team and drive our commercial strategy.
You will:
* Shape our strategic direction and be a brand ambassador
* Work closely with the Director of Commercial Strategy, Revenue and Marketing team to support the Hotel Business Plan.
* Lead all selling activities within the hotel
* Collaborate with Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other departments
* Assist with developing a strategic team focused on profitability and exceeding customer expectations.

You are a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a strong background in hospitality. Your passion for creating memorable guest experiences and your ability to foster connections set you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at strategic thinking and leadership. You have a proven track record of driving sales and maximising revenue, and you excel at collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals.
