Do you have a passion for helping students who have experience of the Care system thrive?
We're seeking a highly motivated and organised Care Experienced Coach to join our supportive Wellbeing team.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of Care Experienced Students. You'll provide individualised support throughout their educational journey via 1:1’s as well as organising group workshops.
What you'll bring:
• Enthusiasm for developing positive relationships with students and enhancing their educational journey.
• Resilience and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a caseload and meet statutory deadlines.
• A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject is advantageous.
