Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented OfficeAdministrator with over three years of experience in the careindustry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in administrative tasks and a deep understanding of careservices including medication management. This role will involvehandling a variety of administrative duties managing medicationinquiries and supporting our care team to ensure the highest levelof service for ourclients.
Requirements
KeyResponsibilities:
* MedicationInquiries:
o Serveas the primary point of contact for all medicationrelated inquiriesfrom clients their families and carestaff.
o Liaise with healthcareproviders and pharmacies to ensure accurate and timely medicationmanagement.
o Maintain uptodateknowledge of medication policies procedures and regulations toprovide accurate information andguidance.
o Assist in the developmentand implementation of medication management protocols andprocedures.
* Client& Care TeamSupport:
o Assistin coordinating care services ensuring that all client needs aremet in a timely and efficientmanner.
o Handle client and familyconcerns with empathy and professionalism escalating issues to theappropriate team members whennecessary.
o Maintain accurate anddetailed records of all client interactions medication inquiriesand office activities.
o Assist inpreparing reports and documentation for audits inspections andmanagementreview.

The Role: - Support care assistants in the community & oninduction. - Be a role model for new and existing staff, supportingwith shadowing shifts. - Carry out risk assessments/ reviews inService users home. - Participate in on call duties. - Spot checks,informing office of any good/bad practices. - Medication trained. -Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations. -Good written and verbal communication is essential.
