Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
* Take small to large programmatic sales plays and programs from original concept through final implementation.
* Develop detailed project execution plan, and manage all processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, and launch.
* Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program including partners and business sponsors.
* Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at Steering Committee and Sponsor level.
* Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking.
* Update/create Pitch Deck, Customer Stories, Demos, Seller Map, Value Workshops, Target Account List.
* Create system views of target account list and tagged opportunities in Dynamics.
* Define sales motions/execution flow (GTM, ACE/Partner).
* Align with field marketing plan and document communication plan.
* Accountable for planning and tracking to program milestones and deliverables.
* Manage initiative risks and issues.
* Define solution plays designs and bill of materials.
* Ensure alignment of global operating model design.
* Prioritize for tech build.
* Ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver expected outcomes of the program.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
* 12+ years of hands-on project management experience.
* 6+ years managing Sales Plays at a large technology company.
* Experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments.
* Knowledge of business and sales processes.
* Experience leading Steering Committee meetings with executive management.
* Experience with Sales Play building processes.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Driving content creation workgroups and innovation committees.
* Ability to cross-link efforts and avoid duplication.
