A newly created position has opened for a talented sales supervisor to join a thriving premium fashion retailer in the Trafford Centre, Manchester. This growing company offers a unique chance for someone with a passion for high-quality products and outstanding customer service.
In this role, you’ll support the store leadership team for driving store sales, managing KPIs, and overseeing budgets. You’ll also play a key role in training and developing your team, making strategic commercial decisions to boost profits, and establishing the store’s reputation in the local market. You will be a role model for the junior members of the team, leading from the front to demonstrate the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge.
We’re looking for a sales supervisor with a background in fashion and a strong focus on customer service, who excels in meeting KPIs and upholding exceptional standards. A people-oriented leader with strong communication skills, you should enjoy team development; experience in menswear is a plus.
