The Orthopaedic Interface Service based at Bolton One is seeking an enthusiastic person to support the medical secretaries. You will need to be able to prioritise and manage your own workload, meet tight deadlines, work independently and as part of a team. You will need excellent organisational skills and be responsible for ensuring correspondence is dispatched and databases are accurately updated as well as general clerical duties.

The postholder will be responsible for updating the diagnostic tracker, chasing results, post, tracking of notes, sending out clinical correspondence, arranging appointments where necessary and liaising with GP's, consultants and other health care professionals
