We are looking for an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to join our team at Thales Optronics and Missile Electronics (OME).
About the Position
The successful candidate will work on a large development and production project in the Sea business, collaborating with a large delivery team focused on specific development and support projects.
Key Accountabilities
* Leading engineering teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs
* Developing and implementing engineering delivery strategies and resource profiles
* Ensuring effective interface management with overall delivery strategies for wider programmes
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills aligned with our company values.
Compensation and Benefits
