What They’re Looking For
Experience: A strong HR foundation, ideally CIPD-qualified or willing to work towards it, with experience in scaling businesses (creative, tech, or agency environments preferred).
Strategic Skills: Proven expertise in building and implementing people strategies, performance management, and talent development.
Cultural Leadership: Ability to foster culture-building and employee engagement with a forward-looking mindset.
Stakeholder Management: Confidence to partner with senior leaders and sit on the leadership team.
Empathy & Pragmatism: Balance supporting people with delivering business outcomes.
Curiosity: Awareness of workplace trends to drive innovation.

For this role, you need to be commutable from Bristol/Bath/Chippenham area and be able to be office based 2-3 days per week. The office is in the Bath countryside and is not accessible by public transportation.
