In this role, you will provide administrative support to a senior patent attorney and their team, assisting with a wide range of intellectual property tasks for diverse clients. Key Responsibilities: Accurately entering information into our in-house record system and ensuring all deadlines are met. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and providing reminders for deadlines. Responding to client queries via phone and email, offering basic patent advice as you gain experience. Completing official forms and preparing documentation for submission to Patent Offices. Coordinating with the Accounts Department to process client invoicing and handling incoming correspondence efficiently. Skills and Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new concepts, particularly in intellectual property. High level of accuracy, with an inclination toward fact-checking and maintaining consistency in work. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to work with deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and comfortable using systems to manage tasks.
