We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes to guarantee adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised environment in compliance with health regulations.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in hospitality.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is advantageous.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
