Our Day Opportunities Services offer practical and therapeutic support for adults with a range of needs and abilities, to enable Individuals to: Participate in a range of meaningful and outcome focused activities. Develop and practice their skills. Get access to a variety of health and care services. Receive supervised nutrition and support. To live active and fulfilled lives in their local community. Parkstone Connect Hub is a purpose-built day service, providing leisure and learning opportunities, through individual and groups meaningful activities. The activities promote choice, independence aim to enable individuals to develop their skills and engage in meaningful activities such as, Pottery, Yoga, Art, Music, Gardening, Exercise, Woodcraft, Reminiscence and Sensory based activities. We are seeking candidates who have a genuine wish to make people’s lives better by actively supporting our clients and who are committed to sharing our vision of ‘improving lives and building independence’. You will enable people to take part in new activities and opportunities, which can help develop confidence, independence and enable individuals to reach their full potential. You should be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach. Competent IT skills are desirable with the ability to keep accurate records.
