Description The Bid Administrator is a key member of the Bid team, working with the team to provide administrative support throughout the conversion of new opportunities. Working alongside the team and leaders across our studios, the role’s responsibilities will include preparation of Expression of Interest Submissions, completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and preparing Bid proposals to help win new work across a range of sectors and geographies, and managing and creating accurate, engaging information using Adobe InDesign. What we’re looking for A team player. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, juggling many priorities at once and excellent proven organisational skills. Adobe InDesign preferable, but not essential. Self-motivated with a structured approach to work. Organised with the ability to clearly define requirements for input. Knowledge and interest in design and architecture is preferred. Work with the Global Bid Team to create Opportunities and keep each up to date on Oracle. Manage and complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, create Expression of Interest Documents, including supporting capability documents, in Microsoft Word and Adobe Indesign. Lead on the registration and downloading of Public Tender Information. Work alongside the Business Development and Bid Team in ensuring collateral is up to date. Work alongside Project teams to collate key information for bidding and prepare consistent high-quality documents. Support Project Leaders in following up with Clients through to conversion of opportunity.
