This key role focuses on driving transformation across customer onboarding, smart metering deployment, and managed service integration, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic objectives.
Contract Assignment Details:
* Location: London and Hampshire region (2-3 days onsite per week, with flexibility for remote working)
* Duration: Initial 6-9 months
* Day Rate: £600-£650 per day via Ltd Company
* Start Date: February 2025, subject to onboarding and background checks
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead transformative programmes to streamline customer onboarding and setup.
* Oversee the deployment and alignment of smart metering technology within the network.
* Integrate managed services into the delivery framework, enhancing operational efficiency.
* Drive cultural and operational transformation, particularly in client engagement and service delivery models.
* Manage the entire delivery environment, leveraging ITIL frameworks and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align programme deliverables with broader strategic initiatives.
Essential Experience:
* Extensive experience in programme management, with a focus on transformational initiatives in the utilities sector.
* Water utilities sector experience is highly advantageous, particularly in smart metering or customer service transformation programmes.
* Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation projects, focusing on customer onboarding, IT infrastructure, and service delivery.
* Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and managed service environments.
* Expertise in supplier and client onboarding processes.
* Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and promoting collaborative approaches to client and stakeholder engagement.
* Background in delivering transformation programmes that optimise service delivery and operational outcomes.
