Kings Heath Secondary School is a maintained school for 11-16 year olds. We have places for 795 pupils increasing to 840 pupils. From September 2024, the school changed designation from a single sex school to a coeducational school. We have fantastic facilities, which further inspire the love of the sciences that we foster in our students.
We are looking for someone to provide efficient and effective caretaking support to the school including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with statutory legislation and the required standards set by the school. Under the guidance of the premises Manager and Strategic School Business Manager, support the delivery of effective Health and Safety Management and be able to plan and prioritise their own work with minimum supervision.

We have high expectations of our students in terms of attendance, punctuality, effort and willingness to take an active role in school life.
