We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Brand Developer to join our dynamic, small team. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create, manage, and oversee all social media channels for two main distinct brands (an existing travel brand and a new brand) and also our charity arm which will be linked to the travel brands. Develop and implement content calendars and scheduling strategies to ensure consistent, engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimise performance. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including short-form videos, reels, photo edits, and graphics. Write compelling captions and posts tailored to each platforms audience. Edit videos and images using industry-standard software to create professional, brand-aligned visuals. Brand Development: Develop a cohesive and recognizable brand identity for the new travel venture while strengthening the presence of the existing brand. Understand the unique needs of the travel industry and target market to create authentic and effective branding strategies. Collaborate with the team to design and execute campaigns that resonate with our audience and reflect brand values. Influencer and Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with travel influencers and content creators to amplify brand visibility. Foster an engaged online community through interactive posts, responses to comments/messages, and creative campaigns. Advertising and Analytics: Plan, execute, and optimise paid and sponsored ad campaigns on social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the success of campaigns, using insights to refine strategies. Project Management: Maintain a well-organised schedule and prioritisation of tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless content delivery. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to align social media activities with broader business goals. Requirements : Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and brand development, preferably within the travel industry or similar demographic targeting 18-35 Passion for Travel: A deep understanding and enthusiasm for travel, with an ability to connect with the wanderlust-driven audience. Influencer Connections: Existing relationships or experience working with travel influencers is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong editing skills for video and photo content, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Advertising Expertise: Knowledge of running sponsored and paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok is desirable. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to build and develop a brand, including crafting and executing comprehensive strategies. Organisational Skills: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
