HR Advisor - Farnborough Hybrid 3 days £40,000
Talent Junction is excited to exclusively partner with our award-winning client in their search for an HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Hampshire on a 12-month FTC basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a point of escalation for the HR Operations team so that complex or challenging queries are resolved satisfactorily and without delay.
* Provide guidance, advice, and support to managers on individual employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, capability issues, grievances, and flexible working requests. Attend formal meetings when necessary and escalate high-risk or complex cases to the HR Business Partner as appropriate.
* Be the first point of contact for advice and coaching for managers on the implementation of all aspects of the HR lifecycle, ensuring queries are resolved and guidance is given in line with the companies policies and processes.
* Create and update employee policies and guidance as needed, while identifying opportunities to continually improve policies, processes, and resources.
* Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the designated business area, addressing any concerns as necessary.
* Assist the HR Business Partner in preparing people data analysis reports for stakeholders.
* Contribute to broader people team projects as required.
* Establish strong, trusted working relationships with people managers within the designated area of support.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A strong understanding of employment law
* A CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
* Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
