With a proven track record and a strong inbound pipeline, they’re now looking to expand their sales team with an experienced and driven Sales Consultant. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled B2B sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment. You’ll be responsible for managing a blend of inbound and outbound leads—nurturing relationships, delivering discovery calls and proposals, and closing high-value deals. You’ll play a key part in the agency’s growth by: Converting warm inbound leads through tailored sales consultations Proactively generating new business through outreach and prospecting Running discovery calls, preparing proposals, and delivering remote/in-person pitches Collaborating with internal specialists to create compelling, insight-driven pitches Attending UK-based industry events and conferences (mainly in London, 1-4 times per year) You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have: 2-3 years in B2B sales, ideally within a digital agency, marketing, or SaaS environment A solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content, web development) Confidence in both inbound sales and self-generating pipeline through outbound activity A consultative approach to selling, with strong communication and negotiation skills Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing a healthy sales pipeline The ability to work independently and manage your own performance remotely Perks & Benefits ?? 100% remote working with flexible hours ??
