An experienced Global Regulatory & Licensing Lead – Telecommunication professional is sought to join a dynamic government and regulatory affairs team, to lead global licensing efforts in government and regulatory affairs, managing authorizations to support worldwide service delivery. Key Responsibilities for Global Regulatory & Licensing Lead – Telecommunication: Develop and execute global licensing strategies aligned with business priorities and regional insights. Act as the primary contact for licensing and market access. Manage intricate licensing projects, tracking and communicating progress on a country-by-country basis. Collaborate with regulatory teams to resolve application barriers. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and review licensing materials. Create templates for applications that showcase service offerings and network asset technical details. Engage with business teams to understand product roadmaps, provide feedback on licensing considerations, and align with deployment priorities. Evaluate national licensing requirements for planned network operations and business activities. Maintain and update the global licensing database in collaboration with team members and IT resources. Ensure compliance with licensing obligations by managing the license portfolio effectively. Key Responsibilities for Global Regulatory & Licensing Lead – Telecommunication: Proven experience in government and regulatory affairs with a focus on telecommunications licensing. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.
