Your Responsibilities Order Processing with Precision: Accurately enter and process customer orders from phone, email, and fax to ensure seamless deliveries. Proactive Issue Resolution: Address delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction. Professional Frontline Service: Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude whether over the phone or at the reception, ensuring each interaction reflects our dedication to service.
