The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to understand customer needs. This role will primarily focus on responding to inbound inquiries and assisting existing customers with their product or service needs.

About you:
1. Experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
6. A proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
