Contract: Permanent
Salary: £12.59 per hour
We are looking for a storeman to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Ashtead Park, Surrey. Catering for 1000 people a day, working Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work well in a team, with excellent customer service skills.
2. Tray up, portion, and cook food for the tuckshop and 6th form cafe.
3. Prepare packed lunches for trips and onsite clubs.
4. Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
5. Act as a banksman for delivery vehicles to ensure the safety of people on site.
6. Prepare the food requisition boxes and deliver to the relevant department.
Required Skills:
1. Great team player.
2. A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service.
3. An organised person with attention to detail.
4. Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
5. Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good standard of written English and reading skills.
6. Similar experience in a customer and/or food preparation environment is preferred.
