JOB ROLE
Responsibility for their clinical team when other vets are not available
Veterinary surgeon confident with most routine surgical cases
Freedom to define your own position within the clinic ideally with a special interest
REQUIREMENTS
Quality of experience is more important than quantity but would expect a suitable candidate to have
a minimum of 2 years experience in practice and the ability to manage chronic diseases
Further qualifications are desirable but not essential
Veterinary surgeon
Experienced client care skills
Ability to coach others in the veterinary team
Surgical or medical certificate encouraged
THE DETAILS
4 day week (8.45am till 6:30pm) plus one in five
Saturdays 9-12 am [ open to 3-day week pro rata]
Additional 1 in 5 rota for hospitalised patient care
Emergency work OOH taken by Vets Now
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
Starting salary £52,000.00
