Duties:
- Answering phone calls and helping with customer queries and issues
- Processing orders
- Responding to customer emails
- General postal duties including scanning
- Handling invoices
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent telephone abilities
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience using SAGE 50
