My client specialises in telecommunications and is continuing to develop at a rapid rate. They have been trading for 20 years in their sector and work very closely with market leaders BT, taking approaches that guarantee the finest results, ensuring they remain at the top in their line of business. Due to rapid growth, my client is looking for a number of desk-based salespeople.
Salary: £25,000 Basic plus uncapped commission
Working Hours: 08:45am-17:30 Monday-Friday
Office Based
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Pension: Statutory Pension
Location: Must be based in and around Manchester to commute or willing to relocate.
Key Objectives
1. Meeting and surpassing sales targets
2. Introduce new prospects to my client
3. Sell the answer to the customers' needs
4. Focus on selling Cloud, Connectivity, and Mobile
Key Responsibilities
1. Communicating with the customer and being a point of contact from sale to implementation
2. Cold calling SME companies
3. Preparing and delivering quotations
4. Building up and managing your pipeline
5. Updating my client's CRM throughout
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in business-to-business sales and within a call centre environment, preferably in telecommunications but not essential. A person with an 'up and go' attitude and determination to succeed by achieving their targets and ensuring that their customers have an exceptional experience is ideal.
