Role
Camphill Blair Drummond is an independent charity offering specialist care and support for adults with complex additional needs arising through a learning disability, on a residential and day basis.
Our residents and students come from a range of local authorities across Scotland and the wider United Kingdom. Through our registered care services, we promote independence, choice and wellbeing. Our aim is to set the standard for quality of care in our sector.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Care & Support team as a Depute Director of Care & Support. The main responsibilities of the role include:
* To work collaboratively with the Director of Care and Support and peer Depute, in leading and managing our specialist care services, taking on a visible and supportive operational leadership role.
* To ensure high quality, consistency of care and support is experienced by adults with a learning disability who attend daily or live within our Camphill Community.
* To ensure our care and support is evidenced via measurable outcomes, appropriate care documentation and collaborative person-centred care planning, which meaningfully involves the resident / day student, appropriate family members and external professionals.
* To help build and maintain positive relationships with a range of key stakeholders, with the aim of sustaining and developing our care and support delivery, upholding the positive and proactive reputation of our Camphill Community.
In return we offer a competitive salary of £39,429-£43,446 (currently under review), pension scheme with 10% employer contribution and other enhanced benefits.

As part of a small finance team, the job holder will play an active role within the team, providing financial support to the Finance Coordinator and the Finance Manager. This is an exciting time to be joining the finance team as we grow and develop the business and work towards implementing the finance operational plan.
We are looking for someone that can play an active part in the effective and efficient running of the financial administration for our organisation, who possesses strong organisational skills, has a keen eye for detail and has the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
