Property Contract Performance & Risk Manager
Are you an experienced professional in contract management and performance improvement? Our client, a leading organisation in the infrastructure and utilities sector, is seeking a Contract Performance & Risk Manager to drive supplier performance, manage risk, and deliver technical services for significant capital investment programs. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week spent at the Coventry head office and the remaining time working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and enhance the performance of supply chain partners.
2. Monitor key performance indicators and ensure service delivery standards.
3. Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address risks and implement changes.
5. Oversee budget forecasting and supply chain fee management.

1. Proven experience in contract management and performance improvement.
2. Expertise in data management and digital reporting.
3. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
4. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
