About the Role:
Are you a customer-focused, engaging, and hardworking individual with experience in customer service? My client, a dynamic events-based business, is seeking a Customer Service and Administration Executive to join their vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Customer Service Manager in delivering outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries via email and telephone
Manage the live online chat function linked to the customer portal
Interact directly with large clients
Process and update orders
Research and implement AI solutions within the customer service function
Process refunds
Refresh online product descriptions
Identify and implement process and procedural improvementsIdeal Candidate:
Proven experience in a similar customer service role
Friendly and engaging personality
Proven ability in developing and implimenting new processes and procedure
Strong IT and Tech skills
Be proactive and able to use your own innitiative
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to multitask
