Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for an Administrator based at the company's Head Office in Newport.
This is a great opportunity to work in a busy environment where you will be exposed to many different elements of administration and customer service.
Duties will include:
1. Processing weekly payroll for agency workers.
2. Dealing with payroll queries.
3. Assisting recruiters with candidate compliance such as referencing & confirming assignments.
4. Providing general admin support.
Previous admin experience and excellent IT skills are essential for the role.
This is an ongoing temporary role which may result in a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. We are ideally looking for someone to work approx. 24 hours per week (Monday - Wednesday) with some additional hours available on Thursday & Friday.
