+ Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the callers needs
+ Dealing with visitors and their requests
+ Locking and unlocking the building
+ Receive and pass on mail deliveries.
+ Sending emails to clients
+ Internal and external patrolling
+ Fire alarm testing
+ Writing incident reports, incident commands and communications
+ CCTV monitoring
+ Smart, Professional and inspire confidence to our clients
+ Always exhibit outstanding customer service
