We are looking for a dedicated and organised Accounts Administrator to join our friendly, professional team at Signs Express (Glasgow) to help manage the day-to-day accounts procedures along with general administration responsibilities and basic quoting support.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the company. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure the smooth running of our operations.
1. Location: Signs Express (Glasgow), Unit 9, Carberry Court, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4NQ
2. Salary: Available on request
3. Working Hours: Full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday. (Part-time working hours may also be available, please discuss upon application)

Duties Include:
4. Process and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
5. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
6. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
7. Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding account queries and payments.
8. Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
9. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
10. Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
11. Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is organised and efficient.
12. Providing outstanding customer service to our clients and others at all times.
13. Assisting in-house sales and production staff with basic customer quoting as and when required.
What we would like from you:
14. Proven experience in an accounts or administration role.
15. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
16. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
20. Knowledge of payroll processing and basic HR functions.
