In collaboration with the LCO SLT digital lead, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing, the post holder will be required to provide project management, professional and digital leadership across the LCO in relation to digital transformation and readiness, including identification and coordination of super users.
Main duties of the job
* Provide effective clinical and professional leadership which demonstrates the values and behaviours identified within the Trust.
* Alongside the LCO Chief Clinical Informatics Officer and Clinical Lead - Digital Governance and Safety, support the development of projects to deliver operational adoption of the Hive EPR, in line with Trust.
* Develop and support mechanisms to guide and coach nursing, midwifery and AHP colleagues in developing and strengthening digital readiness and adoption to meet the responsibilities of their role, to continually improve patient care.
* Proactively promote equality and diversity in line with legislation and policy both for service users and employees.
* Contribute to promoting an environment which is conducive to learning, education, training, research and development, fostering innovative practice and proactively working to improve continuous improvement of digital processes.
* Act as a change agent, developing organisational capacity and digital capability to support continuous quality improvement.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse, Midwife or AHP with relevant professional qualification and current NMC/HCPC registration.
* Relevant Master's Degree (or evidence of working at Master's level).
* Teaching qualification.
* Significant experience at a band 7 senior clinical role.
* Experience of successfully managing the implementation of change.
* Evidence of professional leadership, leading to innovation in practice.
Clinical Practice
* Evidence of broad clinical experience.
* Evidence of experience implementing information system(s) in acute hospital environments.
* Evidence of using informatics as an enabler to improve clinical care.
Policy and Resource Management
* Experience in policy development and cross-trust working.
