Be part of a collaborative team that values expertise and career progression. Your Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager on all commercial matters. Advise on procurement strategies. Develop cost plans throughout all RIBA stages, including feasibility estimates. Oversee procurement, tender preparation, and reporting. Prepare and present cost reports on a monthly basis. Review and approve monthly valuations and payments. Manage contract income and expenditure. Negotiate final accounts. Handle commercial disputes and provide reports to the Project Manager. Attend financial and progress meetings with clients and contractors. Take on some Project Management responsibilities, offering a broader range of experience. What We’re Looking For: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Previous experience in a construction consultancy is essential. Strong Project Management experience. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage time effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues. Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information. Comfortable working both independently and within a team. What’s on Offer?
