Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join our busy Out of Hours (OOH) Service to provide essential support to the operational manager and leads.
You will be a key member of a fast paced team and as team administrator you will be expected to set and maintain monthly team rotas, planning and referral process standards through regular monitoring, provide data analysis and monthly reporting.
You will also play a part in developing the service to ensure accuracy of reporting including working with Corporate Services to identify areas of under-recording of clinical activity and work within the Services/Teams to improve recording and data quality. This may include working with key internal colleagues to develop new monitoring dashboards via PowerBi.

You will be based at St George's Hospital, Stafford.

Main duties of the job
As team administrator you will request information and activity reports that are required on behalf of the General Manager, Operational Managers & Leads including call handling statistics, data timeliness, data quality, contract monitoring reports, waiting times, rescheduled and cancelled visits etc.
As part of this role you will also be required to
1. Provide a central point of contact to respond to/resolve any queries on behalf of General Manager and Operational Managers/Leads where appropriate in relation to all outcome measures.
2. To plan monthly rotas for clinical staff and ensure appropriate bank cover is obtained where required and delegate administration tasks to health care support workers to facilitate efficiencies in clinical care delivery.
3. Attend internal and external meetings relevant to post, taking minutes and distributing using appropriate systems, arranging a variety of meetings and sourcing agenda items, as directed by the Operational Managers and Leads
4. Process staff change forms and relevant letters; data amendment forms; termination forms and general HR information.
5. Support and participate in the monthly P&Q Meeting and team meetings providing updates on the Out of Hours Service.
6. Liaise with Corporate / Support Services to obtain data / performance reports activity reports, workforce and training data, financial information.
