The Role:
1. Appearing in Court, mediation and arbitration sessions - acting on a range of national and international clients.
2. Direct opportunity to work alongside a range of clients - settling disputes ranging in value, complexity, operating sector and jurisdiction.
3. Providing top-level legal advice and designing clear, strategic solutions for conflicts.
4. Guiding clients from inception through to settlement across different construction disputes.
5. Opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of litigious matters ranging from Public and Private Projects.
6. Opportunity to support senior colleagues with advocacy across various courts and jurisdictions.
The Candidate:
1. 2-6 PQE Solicitor - qualified in either England/Wales or Scotland.
2. Previous background within commercial, planning, construction, real estate or infrastructure litigation.
3. Genuine desire to specialise within construction disputes and litigation.
