We are looking for a Senior BIM Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. You will lead digital integration and adoption on key infrastructure projects across the Infrastructure portfolio.
What you'll do:
1. Responsible for digital integration and development at a framework/project level.
2. Liaising with the customer’s Information Management/BIM team and with other design and build contractors and works packages to ensure sharing of best practice, innovation, and continuous improvement.
3. Ensure your project is supported and has adequate resources to deliver against contractual requirements.
4. Plan resource allocation at project level to determine the most efficient use of staff in line with project demands.
5. Develop and execute a plan to effectively manage all project level resources.
6. Reporting project performance and digital delivery adoption at project level to Head of BIM.
7. Support implementation and management of digital design control procedures and systems.
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Thorough knowledge of the strategic development and implementation of BIM on a project and corporate level.
2. Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies.
3. Good understanding of engineering, data analytics and commercial awareness.
4. Resilient and able to face challenges proactively, comfortable dealing with senior management.
5. Experience with 3D modelling systems.
