Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to transform the lives of students with additional needs? We are seeking an inspiring and compassionate educator to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford immediately.
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You will adapt lessons to meet individual needs, nurture confidence, and ensure that every student can access the curriculum in a way that suits them.
This role is ideal for a skilled SEN Teacher with experience in SEN settings, or a qualified teacher looking to specialise in SEN education. You will work alongside dedicated SENCOs, Learning Support Assistants, and pastoral teams to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.

Previous experience working in SEN or mainstream schools with SEN students is highly desirable.
