Role & Responsibilities:
* Contractor management.
* Ensure legal compliance of facilities.
* Complete weekly fire alarm checks and report defects.
* Ladder inspections, manage system, inspect ladders, report and implement repairs.
* Complete general maintenance and repairs of site services.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Background in plumbing and site services.
* Gas safe qualification.
* Experience of working with HVAC and humidification systems.
* Background in a factory environment.
* IT Literate.
