Where and when will I work? You’ll work full time on an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday scheduled between 7am and 7pm. Additionally you’ll work one Saturday or Sunday per month, with a weekday off in lieu. This is a hybrid role, initially based in our office (in Holton Heath, Poole) whilst you complete your training. Once you have learnt the ropes, you will be able to work from home 1-2 days per week (performance depending). Do I need experience? Office experience is desirable; however, we offer comprehensive training, and our systems provide clear instructions. All we ask is that you have a willingness to learn, a strong team ethic, and a friendly, enthusiastic approach to our customers. What will I be doing? All aspects of our business point in one direction, providing customer-focused service, maintenance and repair telephone booking support that help keep vehicles and drivers on the road for longer Your role will involve carrying out case management involving a variety of calls, investigation, data entry, and email handling.
